We are delighted to announce that Mr. Cai Sheng and Mr. Che Pak Hou will undertake a research attachement in California Institute of Technology , USA for 6 months and 3 months respectively; whereas Miss Wang Qiwen will go to MIT for the research attachment for 3 months!
