  3. Transfer of Major

1. Grade Appeal Process

Students who wish to appeal a grade should first approach the teacher responsible within two weeks of the announcement of the grade result, but preferably as early as possible. This will provide a chance for both parties to review the examination script or any other form of student work which has been assessed, together with the relevant course assessment scheme, grade distribution guidelines, etc.

If a resolution acceptable to both parties cannot be achieved through this informal process within 7 days of being informed of the outcome of the informal resolution process, or (in the case of a direct formal complaint not having gone through resolution) within 2 weeks of the occurrenc or discovery of the alleged cause of complaint, a formal grade appeal is done by completing this form.
