IE PhD Zhihe Zhao has been Selected for the Forbes China “30 Under 30”

We are proud to announce that Zhihe Zhao, an IE PhD student, has been selected for the Forbes China “30 Under 30” list. Zhihe currently serves as the part-time CEO of the startup ThingX, which has successfully secured HKD 12 million in angel funding from a publicly listed company.

Founded by Professor Guoliang Xing and his team at the AIoT Lab, ThingX is transforming digital healthcare through innovative AI solutions. Zhihe is in his fourth year of PhD studies under Professor Xing’s guidance.

Forbes’ annual list recognizes approximately 30 individuals from thousands of candidates under the age of 30 who are making significant contributions to their industries or showing potential to become future leaders across various fields. While many honorees are young entrepreneurs, the list also includes notable athletes, such as Zheng Qinwen, the first Asian tennis player to win an Olympic gold medal in singles.
