The paper “Optimizing DER participation in inertial and primary-frequency response” by Swaroop S. Guggilam, Changhong Zhao, Emiliano Dall’Anese, Yu Christine Chen and Sairaj V. Dhople has received the 2021 IEEE Power and Energy Society (PES) Prize Paper Award. Two papers are selected each year to receive this award. The same paper is also one of the seven Best Papers of IEEE Transactions on Power Systems (TPWRS) selected in 2021.
