We are pleased to know that Prof. Raymond Yeung was selected as the recipient of the 2021 IEEE Richard W. Hamming Medal for his exceptional contributions to information sciences, systems, and technology. The award came with the citation for fundamental contributions to information theory and pioneering network coding and its applications.
